Users may not: Harass or abuse other users, Upload harmful or illegal content, Use fake identities or impersonate others, Attempt unauthorized access to systems, Distribute spam or malicious software.

04Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant LoveGate permission to display and use content for platform functionality.

05Platform Availability

LoveGate may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

06Account Suspension

LoveGate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating platform rules or engaging in harmful behavior.

07Limitation of Liability

LoveGate is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service, compatibility, or successful matches.

Use of LoveGate is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

09Changes to Terms

LoveGate may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
